We don’t! We love supporting small businesses and understand that a
minimum order quantity might make it impossible to stock our
publications. You can order as many or as few publications as you like.
You can order with credit card, Paypal and Apple Pay directly through our webshop. In addition, depending on the country you're ordering from, we offer a host of other country-specific payment methods as well! Simply select your preferred one when you check out.

We love to support small shops as well and realize that sometimes the financial situation might make it impossible to front a large wholesale order. Should this be the case, please do send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll discuss options!
We do! A standing order is like a subscription, but for wholesale: You place your order for a certain number of magazine copies with us once, and we’ll automatically invoice and send you said number of copies for any future issue. Less admin work for you, and a guarantee that you get stock of the upcoming issues!

With our new wholesale webshop, you simply enter your VAT ID in the checkout process and the VAT will be automatically deleted from your order!
Yes, we do!
All our wholesale orders from the US are shipped directly from our warehouse in the US to you.
All wholesale orders placed from Germany, the EU, UK and overseas (except Canada) are shipped from Berlin.
Our shipping costs depend on the weight of the package, and always include tracking and insurance.
Here’s a quick overview of the four parcel options we offer and how many magazine copies we can fit into one package, i.e. the most economical ordering intervals
Europe, UK and Overseas (DHL):
Size 1: 5kg = 10 copies
Size 2: 10kg = 20 copies
Size 3: 20kg = 42 copies
Size 4: 31.5kg = 65 copies
Please note that in Germany the 20kg option is not available.
US (USPS Priority Mail):
Size 1: 0.8kg = 2 copies
Size 2: 5.6kg = 14 copies
Size 3: 11.2kg = 28 copies
Size 4: 16.8kg = 42 copies
Depending on your country, the shipping rates will differ. You can see the exact shipping rates that apply to your order when you check out!
We ship all wholesale orders with tracking and insurance via DHL (Europe, UK & Overseas) or USPS Priority Mail (US).
You're going to receive a shipment notification email once your order has left the warehouse.
We aim to ship out your order within 3 to 5 business days!
Depending on where you are ordering from, it can then take up to six weeks for your order to arrive. Please do get in touch with us if your order hasn't arrived six weeks after we've sent it out.
Oh no! If your order has arrived damaged, you need to file a complaint with your local shipping provider. We recommend taking pictures of the damaged shipment as well as any damaged copies of the books as they might be needed for the damage complaint.
All our shipments are tracked and insured so you're going to get reimbursed by your local shipping provider for your order. Unfortunately, we're not able to assist with any damage complaints for international orders as the responsibility for safe delivery lies with the local shipping provider once the shipment has left Germany. If you do run into trouble with getting reimbursed for your damaged shipment after filing a damage complaint though, send us an email and we'd be happy to help!
